Registration Process

The participants have to apply for the summer school following the application process.

After their selection they have to register immediately as participant of the summer school according to the specified manner

Registration implies the payment of a registration fee for the specified groups of participants.

The registration of each attendee includes the following:

  • lunches on Monday, Aug 20th to Friday, Aug 24th.
  • refreshment during the breaks
  • admittance to the social events
  •

    Group Registration Fee Selection
    Contractors of EuroFGI € 0,- by national coordinators
    Affiliates of Academic or Public Research Institutions € 350,-
    by organizing committee of the summer school
    Applicants from Industry or other instituions € 1750,- by organizing committee of the summer school

     

    The registration fee can be paid in Euro or Danish krone and its transfer has to be confirmed before the final admittance to the summer school.

     

    If a participant cannot attend the summer school and the organizing committee is informed 2 weeks before the beginning of the summer school, the fee will be refunded but a processing charge of Eur 50,- will be kept. Further details on how to handle payment will be sent to accepted participants together with the notification of acceptance.
